70 years young. Raised in Tottenham. 50 years (and counting) as a tree surgeon, running Gibbs and Haynes Tree Surgeons. Married with 3 sons.

Martin Bowler is one of the UK's leading all round anglers. Well known to many through his column in the Angling Times and he is also a distinguished angling author and film producer.

Lifelong angler and environmentalist, Jeremy Paxman is a journalist, best known for his work presenting Newsnight and University Challenge. His books include Fish, Fishing and the Meaning of Life, Empire, On Royalty, The English and The Political Animal.
